First, join us at Long Beach City College (2 PM) for a presentation on Jewish American food, history, and Barhany's personal journey from Ethiopia to Israel and the US. Plus, listen to Jewish American music from Cantor Kelly Cooper of Temple Israel. Deli sandwich lunch and drinks will be provided.

Take the celebration back to the Alpert JCC (6 PM) for an encore presentation with Barhany and a special Ethiopian coffee ceremony.
