Now recruiting emerging leaders

Apply today for the 2023 Cohort

A vital resource for our future leaders

The Alpert New Leaders Forum, made possible by the generosity of Barbara and Ray Alpert (z"l), is a year long leadership development series for a select group of emerging leaders of the Jewish Community.

The program, sponsored by Jewish Long Beach, will prepare participants for lay leadership roles in synagogues, agencies, and other nonprofit organizations.

The chosen participants meet to engage in lively discussions, in-depth dialogue and hands on experiences, led by influential speakers and facilitators. In each session, participants will gain important knowledge that will empower them to be leaders in our community.

Participants will have additional opportunities for social networking, Jewish enrichment, and social action.
