Service of Greater Long Beach/West Orange County
(JFCS) is where the community turns for
help. JFCS is dedicated to providing counseling, support
services, financial assistance, and other assistance when families,
individuals, and seniors need it. JFCS is a non-sectarian
organization and offers its services to anyone in need regardless of
race or religion. Jewish Federation and JFCS partner to
provide services, sessions, and programs for the community.
For example, JFCS provides close to 4000 hours of counseling to about
800 low income people a year and 98% of senior clients reported that
their life was positively impacted by JFCS. JFCS has a
