Long Beach Hillel at California State University successfully creates a dynamic and vibrant Jewish community through diverse programming that appeals to the interests and concerns of its 3,000 Jewish students.  The Beach Hillel enriches the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students empowering them to enrich the Jewish people and the world.  Beach Hillel student leaders, professionals and lay leaders are dedicated to creating a pluralistic, welcoming and inclusive environment for Jewish college students, where they are encouraged to grow intellectually, spiritually and socially. Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, support for Israel and Jewish educational programming make Long Beach Hillel an important place for young Jews on the CSULB campus.
